Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

1. Parties and Definitions

• Platform / EnBoyGO: EnBoyGO.com and related services.
• User: Any person or entity registering, placing orders, sending measurements, or using the platform.
• Workshop: Businesses providing sizing, edge banding, or CNC subcontract services on the platform.
• Smart Scan: AI-assisted analysis on workshop surfaces that converts uploaded images or PDFs into digital measurement tables. Customer mobile app users enter measurements manually; raw scan upload is not available in the customer app.
• Credits: Consumable digital units used for Smart Scan operations (workshop accounts).
• Subscription: Time-based access purchased by workshop businesses.

2. Service Description

EnBoyGO is a cloud-based sizing order management platform for subcontract cutting, sizing, edge banding, and CNC workflows. The customer app lets furniture makers prepare measurement lists and send orders to selected workshops.

3. Membership Model

a) Customer users (furniture makers sending measurements) may use the customer app free of charge.

b) Workshops must purchase a subscription to use paid platform features. Paid membership applies to workshop businesses only.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

Smart Scan and related workshop tools require an active subscription. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable as cash.

5. Order Privacy

Orders and measurements are shared only with workshops you select. EnBoyGO does not automatically distribute your orders to other businesses or sell order data to third parties.

6. Order Submission Rules

Users may not bulk-send the same order to many workshops at once to create system load. To compare quotes from different workshops, create separate orders manually.

7. Measurements and Calculations

Displayed m², edge band lengths, and quantities are approximate minimum values based on entered dimensions. Waste and tolerances are excluded. Final verification is the responsibility of the user and the workshop.

8. AI Outputs and User Responsibility

Smart Scan uses AI. Users must verify measurements, edge directions, materials, and production details. EnBoyGO is not liable for production errors, incorrect cuts, or financial loss resulting from unchecked data.

9. Credit Refunds and Review Period

If Smart Scan fails for system reasons, credits are refunded automatically. Disputes must be reported in writing within 10 days. Raw scan files are retained only briefly under data minimization policy.

10. Withdrawal and Refunds

Unused credit packages may be refunded within 15 days of purchase. Partially used packages are not refundable. Activated subscription plans are non-refundable digital services.

11. Service Availability

EnBoyGO does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, infrastructure updates, or third-party outages may cause temporary downtime.

12. Intellectual Property

Platform software, designs, algorithms, and interfaces belong to EnBoyGO. Unauthorized copying or reverse engineering may result in legal action.

13. Account Suspension

EnBoyGO may suspend or close accounts for spam, fake orders, abuse, or unlawful use. To delete your account, see enboygo.com/hesap-silme.

14. Governing Law

Turkish law applies. Disputes are subject to the courts and consumer arbitration boards at the seller's place of business in Turkey.
